Qualifications

• Payroll processing experience or exposure.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Workday HRIS.
• HR environment experience is a plus.
• At least one year of clerical work experience.

Responsabilités

• First point of contact between employees and HR.
• Administer and track attendance point system.
• Back up Payroll questions and provide clerical support.
• Enter data into Workday HRIS system.
• Maintain department filing system and HR records.
• Log HR requests and translate memos as needed.
• Create employee badges and support onboarding.
• Support new hire orientation and special projects.
• Maintain HR communications boards and perform other duties.
