Job summary

Municipal Credit Union in New York seeks an HR Operations Analyst to manage core HR processes, payroll, benefits, and policy documentation while delivering accurate reporting to support compliance and an enhanced employee experience.

You will maintain HR process documentation, handle Concur-based HR accounts payable, and generate recurring HR analytics using the HRIS, supporting workforce planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR is required.
• 4+ years of payroll administration experience.
• Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and payroll regulations.
• Experience with MS Office; advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team with strong communication.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Payroll and time management support across multiple jurisdictions bi-weekly.
• Benefits administration and leave case management.
• Maintain HR process and procedure documentation.
• HR accounts payable and Concur vendor payments.
• Coordinate open enrollment and performance management cycles.
• Generate recurring HR reports and dashboards; assist audits.
