Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
• Experience sourcing candidates and coordinating recruitment activities preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS databases for new hires.
• Schedule and oversee pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug testing.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
• Process new hire, employee status change, and termination documentation.
• Ensure employee records and HR data are accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, employee referrals, direct recruiting, and other sourcing channels.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Support benefits administration and annual open enrollment activities.
• Generate reports, conduct data audits, and assist with HR metrics and workforce reporting.
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Assist with HR projects, employee programs, and process improvements.
• Prepare invoices and maintain recruiting-related records and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
