Job summary

You will manage the ATS/HRIS, oversee screenings, handle onboarding, and help with benefits and reporting. The position requires 3+ years in HR, strong communication, and the ability to handle confidential information

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or related field.
• Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS.
• Experience sourcing candidates and coordinating recruitment activities preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage ATS and HRIS databases for new hires.
• Schedule and oversee pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug testing).
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Process new hire, status change, and termination documents.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of HR data and records.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, and direct recruiting.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with managers.
• Support benefits administration and annual open enrollment.”
• Generate HR reports and assist with workforce metrics.
