Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Business Coordinator, Talent Acquisition to support onboarding for new hires at the Blom Administrative Campus. You will work on-site and use multiple systems to ensure compliant onboarding, reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, Preboarding.

Responsibilities include completing new hire files, I-9/E-Verify, fingerprinting per BCI standards, orientation registrations, and close collaboration with internal teams while maintaining confidentiality and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, High School or GED (Required).
• 1-3 years HR or administrative / clerical experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service focused on the candidate experience.
• Strong relationship-building, confidentiality, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper completion of the new hire file with regulatory compliance.
• Conducts fingerprinting for new hires according to BCI standards.
• Completes I-9 and E-Verify per USCIS guidelines.
• Registers new associates for orientation and onboarding.
• Collaborates with other departments to provide optimal service to internal and external customers.
• Performs administrative duties to support the Talent Acquisition team.
• Identifies problems and takes appropriate action with follow-through.
• Works with other coordinators to ensure consistent practices.
• Maintains confidentiality and communicates professionally at all times.
