OhioHealth is seeking a Business Coordinator, Talent Acquisition to support onboarding for new hires at the Blom Administrative Campus. You will work on-site and use multiple systems to ensure compliant onboarding, reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, Preboarding.
Responsibilities include completing new hire files, I-9/E-Verify, fingerprinting per BCI standards, orientation registrations, and close collaboration with internal teams while maintaining confidentiality and delivering

Business Coordinator Talent Acquisition associates are responsible for completion of the onboarding process for new hires. This role is on site at the Blom Administrative Campus (Talent Acquisition Office) and will be expected to leverage multiple systems to complete and ensure compliance for onboarding activities while assisting new hires through the process. This role reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, Preboarding and does not have any supervisory or budget responsibilities.
