Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking an HR Coordinator to support onboarding, recruiting, and HRIS systems. You will help ensure I-9 and E-Verify compliance across corporate, stores, and distribution centers, and assist with system functionality in PeopleSoft and Onboarding.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of related experience, with strong organizational and communication skills, and a high level of confidentiality. Remote work is possible from anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1-2 years related work experience.
• Ability to set priorities with strong organizational & follow-up skills; Well-organized & detail-oriented.
• Preferred: basic knowledge of Form I-9 requirements; PeopleSoft and Onboarding systems; Microsoft Office: Excel, Word & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support all Business Units' new hire processing system functionality and E-Verify compliance, including monitoring store compliance with I-9 completion and E-Verify processing through PeopleSoft and Onboarding systems.
• Process SNOW cases by reviewing and resolving issues in HireRight, Talent Source and PeopleSoft; assist with password resets and rehire processes.
• Perform HRIS administrative tasks, create notifications and reference documents using Microsoft Office and OneNote.
• Weekly, update Talent Source with HireRight Audit changes.
• Assist Senior HRIS analysts with I-9 reverification, corporate new hire I-9 completion, monitoring New Hire feed errors and Welcome Letters, and other projects.
