Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator to support onboarding, recruiting and HR systems, ensuring proper I-9 completion and new hire processing using PeopleSoft, HireRight and ServiceNow.

You will handle communications and follow-ups with stores and managers to resolve issues. The role involves HRIS tasks, creating notifications, and maintaining documentation with Office tools, while supporting the Senior HRIS analysts on I-9 reverification and new hire feeds.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1-2 Year(s) experience of related work experience
  • Ability to set priorities with strong organizational & follow-up skills; Well-organized & detail-oriented
  • Preferred: basic knowledge of Form I9 requirements
  • Preferred: basic knowledge of PeopleSoft and Onboarding systems
  • Preferred: basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support all Business Units (Stores, Corporate, Distribution Centers and Buying Offices) new hire processing system functionality and E-Verify compliance, including monitoring store compliance with I-9 completion and E-Verify processing through use of PeopleSoft and Onboarding systems, contacting stores to address E-Verify non-compliance.
  • ServiceNow Cases - Respond and/or process all SNOW cases promptly by reviewing & resolving all issues in HireRight, Talent Source and PeopleSoft systems. Assist with password resets and with auto-termination holds/rehire processes.
  • Perform HRIS administrative tasks, creating notifications and reference documents, using Microsoft Office and OneNote.
  • Weekly, update Talent Source with HireRight Audit changes with the correct information.

General Purpose

The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Onboarding functional area in their maintenance of Recruiting, Onboarding, and Human Resource systems (PeopleSoft, Talent Source, HireRight & ServiceNow). Assists with various tasks such as ensuring proper completion of I-9s for Corporate/Stores/DCs and new hire processing system functionality. Other responsibilities include general administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools, such as creating communications and following up with Ross associates & their managers to ensure unresolved issues are addressed.

The base pay range for this role is $23.61 - $34.06. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

Essential Functions
