Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator to support onboarding, recruiting and HR systems, ensuring proper I-9 completion and new hire processing using PeopleSoft, HireRight and ServiceNow.
You will handle communications and follow-ups with stores and managers to resolve issues. The role involves HRIS tasks, creating notifications, and maintaining documentation with Office tools, while supporting the Senior HRIS analysts on I-9 reverification and new hire feeds.

The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Onboarding functional area in their maintenance of Recruiting, Onboarding, and Human Resource systems (PeopleSoft, Talent Source, HireRight & ServiceNow). Assists with various tasks such as ensuring proper completion of I-9s for Corporate/Stores/DCs and new hire processing system functionality. Other responsibilities include general administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools, such as creating communications and following up with Ross associates & their managers to ensure unresolved issues are addressed.
The base pay range for this role is $23.61 - $34.06. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer. Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc. Consistent timeliness and regular attendance. Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
