Gate Hospitality Group is seeking an organized, welcoming Human Resources Onboarding Specialist for Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. You will coordinate pre-employment steps, onboarding paperwork, and orientation, while providing administrative support to the HR department.

As the first contact for applicants and colleagues, you will represent the team with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency, ensuring compliance and confidentiality in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; HR-related coursework preferred.
• 1+ year of administrative or office support experience, preferably in HR or hospitality.
• Competence with MS Word/Excel/Outlook; Dayforce experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Guide new hires through onboarding and ensure all paperwork is complete on time.
• Coordinate background checks, motor vehicle records, and drug screenings; relay clearances to leaders.
• Prepare onboarding packets and maintain confidential personnel records.
• Schedule orientation, track attendance, issue nametags and timecards.
• Maintain Dayforce records and update requisitions and job postings.
• Greet applicants and visitors professionally; manage HR inbox and department correspondence.
• Assist applicants with applications and answer questions about the hiring process.
• Maintain job descriptions and office supplies; support employment verification requests.
• Support workers’ compensation docs and other HR admin tasks; attend training as needed.
