Ideal candidates have 2–3 years HR or office experience, strong communication, and bilingual Spanish skills preferred. This role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and support across HR programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of office or human resources experience.
• Proficient with email and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), ten-key, data entry, and typing.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to multitask and work well in a team environment.
• 2-3 years of office or human resources experience.
• Prior understanding of basic HR laws and procedures.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to DC management, DCHRBP, and DC team members.
• Collaborate on recruitment initiatives and new hire paperwork.
• Assist with new hire orientation and benefits education.
• Maintain emergency contact information and turnover reports.
• Schedule interviews, prescreen applicants, and coordinate drug screens.
• Process new hire paperwork and prepare orientation materials.
• Answer benefits, uniforms, and general HR inquiries.
• Support wage surveys, safety posters, and audit activities.
