Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional and ASE Certification.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom, including team execution of service programs.
• Work with the store manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure returns, invoicing, and transfers are processed efficiently and customers are informed of shipments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and proper timekeeping and attendance.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure the store and deposits.
