Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure staff execute on service programs.
• Assist the store manager in assigning goals, coaching and training, and ensuring staff stay current on training.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, manage money deposits, and secure the store as needed.
