The Blood Connection, Incorporated in Greenville, SC is seeking an on-site Human Resources Representative to support onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee records, and ensure data integrity across HRIS and files.

You will serve as the primary contact for employees and applicants, extend offers, coordinate background checks and new hire orientation, process employment paperwork, and assist with audits and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years HR experience in a professional, customer-service focused environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Answer employee requests and questions with high-level customer service.
• Create and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Maintain HRIS database and personnel files for accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for new hires during onboarding, including offer extension and paperwork.
• Coordinate background checks, pre-employment screenings, and I-9 verification.
• Conduct new hire orientation and stay interviews as needed.
• Support offboarding, including exit interviews and unemployment claim reviews.
• Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and other reporting.
• Prepare training materials and manage onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Collaborate with management on employee wellness and safety initiatives.
