Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years relevant experience, OR Associate's degree with 1 year relevant experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 1 year relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding support for new employees and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
• Coordinate HR administrative tasks and day-to-day activities with strong attention to detail.
• Offer HR policy guidance to help employees navigate enterprise and divisional policies.
• Support Day One Orientation and monitor candidate experience for culture alignment.
