Job summary

Coastal Communities Physician Network, Inc. is seeking a Coordinator to support daily HR functions.

You will assist with onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation while serving as a resource for employees and managers across CCPN markets. You will help coordinate new hire activities, assist with job descriptions, training modules, and benefits processes, and maintain confidential personnel files with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Two years of Human Resources experience in a coordinator or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (ADP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Support employee relations and exit interviews.
• Assist with job description reviews and worker injuries.
• Assist with talent acquisition, compliance, and OSHA modules.
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidential, compliant HR documentation.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
• Support engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
