Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR/onboarding/coordinator roles or related admin work.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidential handling of employee information.
• Ability to manage multiple hires, deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires from start to finish
• Communicate with incoming employees regarding onboarding requirements, start dates, and next steps
• Collect and maintain new hire paperwork and employee documentation
• Assist with employment verification, background screening, and other pre-employment requirements
• Enter and update employee information in HR systems
• Coordinate orientation schedules and ensure new hires are prepared for their first day
• Partner with HR, recruiting, hiring managers, and other internal teams throughout the onboarding process
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure required documentation is completed
• Respond to new hire questions and provide a positive, professional onboarding experience
• Assist the HR team with additional administrative projects as needed
