RealREPP is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our fast-paced team in Houston. You will support HR operations, onboarding large groups of union employees, benefits coordination, and records management to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of HR onboarding experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Lead weekly new employee orientations for large groups (union).
• Review new hire paperwork, process E-verify and I-9 forms.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and files.
• Maintain confidentiality where required.
• Assist with reporting and administrative tasks.
• Support HR colleagues with clerical duties and inquiries.
