RealREPP is seeking an HR Coordinator to support a Construction Contractor servicing the Greater Phoenix Area. You will coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation. The role demands excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong understanding of HR processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in HR, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems. A competitive salary of $55k-70k is offered, including health benefits and 401k.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law fundamentals.
