Reliance, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support the REX Center and multiple FOCs in Houston, TX. You will handle onboarding, employee data validation in Dayforce, and respond to standard HR inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality.

You will work with the HRBP and HR Operations to resolve HR issues, escalate when needed, and ensure policy compliance across the organization. A background in a high-volume environment is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or multi-location setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as liaison between HR and business groups; address basic HR inquiries.
• Handle onboarding, verification requests, and standard employee forms.
• Validate employee data in Dayforce for compliance and data integrity.
• Support HRBP and HR Operations with tickets and routine HR tasks in ServiceNow.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow privacy and information security protocols.
