Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. seeks an HR Generalist to lead onboarding and recruitment operations for our Laredo, TX office.

This role manages the full candidate-to-employee lifecycle, ensuring a compliant and efficient onboarding experience through orientations, background screenings, and pre-employment processing. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication to support workforce

Qualifications

• Experience supporting onboarding, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of I-9 processing and background checks.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with multiple start dates.
• Familiarity with fingerprinting processes is a plus.
• High attention to detail and compliance-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding processes in a small but growing office.
• Lead new hire orientations and ensure pre-employment requirements are met.
• Process I-9s, background checks, licensing, and regulatory filings.
• Handle investigations, employee relations, and workers’ comp matters.
• Maintain audit-ready HRIS records and personnel files.
• Coordinate uniform issuance and inventory management.
• Provide front-line HR support and policy clarification.
• Manage deadlines and scale HR processes for growth.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture in a expanding office.
