You will manage full onboarding, prepare employment documents, conduct background checks, and maintain confidential records while ensuring policy adherence and a positive employee experience. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years HR/onboarding experience in an office or customer service setting.
• Knowledge of I-9, background checks, and compliance standards.
• Experience maintaining confidential employee records.

Responsibilities

• Manage full onboarding process for new hires.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates and new hires.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screening, and documentation.
• Support onboarding orientation and explain policies, benefits, and expectations.
• Process and audit I-9 forms and employment records.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready personnel files with confidentiality.
• Provide front-line HR support on onboarding and inquiries.
• Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
