Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires.
• Facilitate new-hire orientations and pre-employment requirements.
• Process I-9s, background checks, licensing, and compliance.
• Maintain audit-ready personnel files and HRIS records.
• Coordinate uniform issuance and inventory.
• Provide front-line HR support on onboarding questions.
• Support a growing office by building scalable HR workflows.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented culture.
