Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, onboarding, recruiting, admin support, or customer service.
• Knowledge of I-9, background checks, and HR compliance.
• Experience handling confidential employee records.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for newly hired employees.
• Be primary point of contact for candidates and new hires.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and employment docs.
• Assist with new hire orientation and policy familiarization.
• Process and audit I-9 forms and onboarding records for accuracy.
