Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions seeks an HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and benefits enrollment at our center. The role requires maintaining confidential HR records, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and providing timely information to applicants and staff.

You will assist with orientation, orientation attendance, training opportunities, and general HR administration while supporting safety and respectful work environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One-year related experience required.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, screening and hiring program coordination.
• Administers New Employee Orientation and benefits enrollment.
• Maintains HR files and ensures compliance with contract requirements.
• Assists with HR paperwork for new hires and terminations, and other clerical duties.
