Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a Human Resources Onboarding Assistant to help manage onboarding/offboarding, HRIS maintenance, and compliance with state and federal leave laws. Qualifications

• 1+ years of HR experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of CA, CO, AZ, and Federal leave laws.
• Experience in ABA or similar industry preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding for new hires and exiting employees.
• Maintain and update HRIS with accurate employee data and generate reports.
• Stay updated on California, Colorado, Arizona, and Federal leave laws and regulations.
• Handle basic employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Manage a high volume of HR transactions accurately.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
