Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in HR.
• Knowledge of CA, CO, AZ, and Federal leave laws.
• ABA or similar industry experience preferred.
• Strong HRIS and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding for new hires.
• Maintain and update HRIS with accurate employee data.
• Ensure compliance with CA, CO, AZ, and Federal leave laws.
• Handle basic employee relations matters with professionalism.
• Manage a high volume of HR transactions accurately.
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
• Organize employee engagement activities to foster culture.
• Oversee workers’ compensation processes and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
