Job summary

ES Foundry in Greenwood, South Carolina, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support onboarding, asset distribution, and manufacturing floor readiness. You will coordinate onboarding logistics, distribute IT equipment, assign lockers, badges, and PPE, and provide general HR support.

Responsibilities include tracking onboarding progress, coordinating asset and access records with IT, Facilities and Security, and maintaining organized employee files.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of administrative, HR, or coordination experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Preferred: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of new hire onboarding, including start-date logistics and required documentation.
• Serve as point of contact for new employees during onboarding.
• Track onboarding completion and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Coordinate distribution and return of IT assets for employees.
• Partner with IT to ensure timely setup and access for new hires.
• Maintain asset assignment records and lockers for manufacturing staff.
• Coordinate PPE assignments in line with safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records (electronic and/or physical).
• Assist HR projects and process improvements as assigned.
• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistent HR operations.
