Job summary

Amarr, part of the ASSA ABLOY group, seeks an HR Coordinator to support Mocksville, NC facilities. You will handle employee inquiries, onboarding, records, and HR docs while collaborating with benefits, payroll, and leadership to deliver a positive employee experience.

You will assist with recruitment activities, posting updates, background checks, and new hire orientations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Strong communication and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years HR/administrative or office support experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS/ATS (ADP preferred).
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries, benefits, and policies.
• Support leave of absence processes and coordinate with Benefits Manager.
• Process HR documents and maintain confidential employee records.
• Perform data entry, reporting, and HR metrics tracking.
