Job summary

Walmart is seeking an HR leader in our distribution/logistics area to implement business plans, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure training compliance. You will supervise and develop associates and leaders, address concerns, and align HR processes with company policies and safety standards.

This role emphasizes driving talent development, maintaining data-driven HR practices, and delivering results that support our customer-first strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 2 years' Walmart Logistics management experience OR 2 years' supervisory experience, including 1 year's experience managing human resource processes OR 1 year's Walmart Stores, Inc. Human Resources experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills for development of associates and leaders.
• Ability to coordinate training and onboarding for hourly associates and drivers.
• Familiarity with HR policies and compliance within a retail logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to meet facility goals.
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility and ensure training compliance.
• Identify and address associate, customer, and supplier concerns and resolve issues.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders through coaching and performance feedback.
