Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Business/Logistics with supervisory experience.
• HR experience or background in human resources.
• Ability to manage staffing, payroll, benefits processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing to achieve facility goals.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, duties, and workload distribution.
• Ensure associates complete required training and compliance with policies.
• Oversee HR office functions including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and systems and address HR-related issues.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns.
• Coordinate training including New Hire orientation and web-based modules.
