Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing to customers, suppliers, associates.
• Implement the business plan by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Oversee HR office admin functions: benefits, hiring, transfers, payroll, recruiting, staffing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain HR documents and systems.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates and monitoring compliance.
• Identify associate, customer or supplier concerns and drive corrective action.
• Supervise and develop associates by assigning duties, monitoring performance and providing feedback.
• Foster a culture of belonging, collaboration and integrity across teams.
• Deliver results with customer focus, data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
• Drive talent through training, coaching and leadership development.
