Hilton is seeking an organized HR administrative professional to support the Vice President of Human Resources in our Miami Regional Office. This contract role, through Talent Solutions, focuses on daily operations, employee engagement, and HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with 2+ years in HR coordination or generalist work and experience in corporate settings, preferably with hospitality exposure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR coordination or generalist role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience in a corporate environment; HR and hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR initiatives and daily operations in the Miami Regional Office.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, materials, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Schedule meetings and process expense reports for the VP of HR.
• Maintain confidential HR databases and employee records.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and office readiness.
• Collaborate with vendors and building management for workplace improvements.
