Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive Human Resources experience within hospitality or a related field.
• Experience with onboarding, immigration or visa processes is a plus.
• Proficient in ATS/HRIS systems and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR operations point of contact, handling onboarding, employee records, and HR admin with confidentiality and urgency.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Support immigration and visa-related processes, including document tracking and renewals, for international hires.
