Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an Human Resources Manager in Dallas to partner with senior leadership and supervisors, serving as a trusted HR advisor across the organization. The role leads employee relations, talent management, HR administration, risk, and compliance to align people strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities include advising on performance management, investigations, onboarding, and regulatory reporting, with travel within the assigned portfolio as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, business, or related field.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR or equivalent certifications preferred.
• 3–7 years of HR experience including employee relations and multi-site support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership and managers to address associate relations matters.
• Provide talent management guidance, succession planning, and performance management support.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate on workforce planning, staffing strategies, and onboarding processes.
• Analyze HR metrics to improve retention and organizational effectiveness.
