Omninet Capital LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with the multifamily portfolio, focusing on employee relations, manager coaching, training, engagement, retention, and talent acquisition. This field-facing role supports payroll oversight across multiple states and acts as a backup for payroll processing.

The ideal candidate brings deep HR leadership, strong judgment, and credibility with property teams and senior leaders, with willingness to travel

Qualifications

Six+ years of progressive HR experience with employee relations and investigations.
Direct HR experience within multifamily property management.
Proven success coaching frontline and mid-level managers.
Experience designing and facilitating employee and manager training.
Hands-on payroll processing for multi-state, hourly and salaried employees; Rippling experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary HR partner for performance concerns, disciplinary actions, workplace complaints, conflicts, and policy violations.
Lead investigations from intake through findings and closure.
Advise on corrective actions, performance improvement plans, terminations, staffing, and organizational changes.
Coach leaders through difficult conversations and day-to-day people management.
Identify recurring employee relations issues and manager capability gaps across the portfolio.
Maintain a field presence to address property-level challenges.
