Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Manager to support one or more Operational VPs and their teams with HRBP direct reports. You will implement HR policies, counsel leaders, and ensure equitable employee relations, hiring top talent, and decisions with little precedent.

You will lead HR programs, manage HRBP staff, drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and align resources with business needs while partnering with HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in HR or related field with minimum 4 years HR experience; or equivalent.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Federal, State and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage HR programs and strategies for Operations teams.
• Lead and coach HR Business Partners; align with HR leadership goals.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations; handle investigations and reports.
• Plan associate communications, recognition and talent retention programs.
• Oversee performance management, recruitment, compensation, and benefits.
• Coordinate training and development; manage workload and deadlines.
