Job summary

Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI) seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions at our Blair, NE facility. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance with FLSA, OSHA, IRCA, and union interactions.

Build strong partnerships with plant leadership to drive safety, quality, cost performance, and continuous improvement while maintaining confidential HR records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 3–5 years HR management experience.
• Knowledge of UKG HRIS and collective bargaining agreements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit facility staff, conduct interviews, and extend offers.
• Oversee workers' compensation and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality.
• Lead HR functions including benefits, onboarding, performance reviews.
• Develop KPIs and reports for leadership review.
