Job summary

Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI) invites applications for a leadership role overseeing warehouse operations and materials planning at our Blair, Wisconsin facility.

The position focuses on directing warehousing activities, optimizing capacity, and maintaining accurate inventory and production schedules. You will develop the Master Production Schedule for value streams, plan raw materials, WIP and finished goods, and ensure adherence to safety, quality and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in dairy or food production.
• Experience with ERP systems (JDE or Oracle).
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving and inventory control is required.
• Know-how in SQF, HACCP, GMPs and OSHA is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage warehouse operations, optimizing capacity and floor utilization.
• Develop and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) for assigned value streams.
• Plan raw materials, WIP and finished goods to support pull systems.
• Audit equipment, processes and procedures for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Monitor schedule adherence and plan attainment.
• Identify material risks and coordinate resolutions with suppliers.
• Maintain relationships with customers, vendors and transportation entities.
