Job summary

Anne Carlsen Center is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR department across our multi-site organization, including policy development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance reporting. You will advise managers, coach staff, and partner with leadership to translate strategy into day-to-day HR practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, related field, or equivalent
• Three years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Two years of experience with employee relations, performance management, and relationship management
• Must possess current knowledge and experience with employment laws and regulations
• Valid ND Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise the HR team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management to achieve HR department goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate organizational goals into HR policy, employee relations, and workforce initiatives.
• Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement HR policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support compliance and strategy.
• Advise, coach, and counsel managers and employees on HR-related policies and issues, ensuring documentation and ethical resolution.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to ongoing relations and development.
