Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in Human Resources role as generalist or relationship management or equivalent
• Two years’ experience recruiting and onboarding new employees

Responsibilities

• Advises and coaches managers and employees on HR policies and programs
• Supports day-to-day operations of the HR department
• Assists recruitment and onboarding for new hires
• Supports leave management, compliance, and documentation
• Maintains and utilizes HRIS for staff inquiries and processes
• Contributes to a positive work environment and team goals
