Job summary

8Fleet, Inc. is seeking a Regional HR Manager to scale People operations across multiple sites in the United States. You will coach leaders, shape people processes, and ensure excellent employee experience in a fast-paced, non-exempt workforce.

You will partner with site and regional leaders to drive workforce planning, performance coaching, and HRIS workflow optimization, while maintaining wage-and-hour compliance and data accuracy at scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a People Partner or HR Manager in fast-paced startups.
• Experience supporting multi-location environments.
• Ability to build processes and maintain scalable data accuracy.
• Experience coaching frontline and mid-level managers.
• Strong documentation habits for employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site and regional leaders to support a large non-exempt workforce.
• Drive consistent People practices, policies, and manager behaviors across sites.
• Provide hands-on support for scheduling, attendance, and performance issues.
• Launch and scale new markets with HR infrastructure from day one.
• Build and report core people metrics to drive improvements.
• Lead employee relations matters with empathy and clarity.
• Ensure wage-and-hour compliance across multiple states.
• Collaborate on onboarding, HRIS workflows, leave management, and payroll alignment.
