Responsibilities

• Direct employment activities to recruit and hire qualified employees timely.
• Ensure consistent policy understanding and company-wide communication.
• Oversee HR programs; monitor welfare plans and compliance documentation.
• Administer wage/salary programs and annual wage-range reviews for equity.
• Oversee payroll processing on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Review and approve management recommendations for terminations.
• Maintain records and reports for HR functions.
• Keep executive team informed of significant HR issues.
• Develop and supervise training programs; conduct supervisory training.
• Lead safety/health program implementations and OSHA data tracking.
• Act as liaison between company and laws/regulations; address investigations.
• Manage employee communications and feedback channels.
• Direct development of programs for employee communications and community relations.
