Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an Human Resources Manager to oversee HR and office functions for all employees. You will administer policies, develop local programs for wage/salary administration, payroll, benefits, safety, and training, while maintaining a union-free environment.

The role requires leadership experience and strong communication skills, with oversight of HR programs and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in HR positions or equivalent.
• Specialized training in employment law, compensation, employee relations, safety, and training preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly orally and in writing.
• Must maintain confidentiality and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Directs employment activities, ensuring qualified employees are recruited and hired promptly.
• Ensures policies and programs are understood and consistently administered.
• Oversees HR programs including payroll, benefits, safety, and training.
• Leads training programs and safety/health initiatives; tracks OSHA data.
• Acts as liaison between company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
