Position Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to support payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and HR compliance activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with employee support.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Reporting

• Process weekly payroll for field and office employees.
• Prepare certified payroll reports and maintain compliance.
• Manage payroll adjustments, deductions, and garnishments.
• Reconcile payroll data and maintain accurate records.
• Create payroll and workforce reports for leadership.

Benefits Administration

• Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment activities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for benefits questions.
• Work with insurance providers and reconcile benefit invoices.

Onboarding & Employee Support

• Manage new hire onboarding and employment documentation.
• Conduct employee orientations.
• Coordinate offboarding activities and exit processes.
• Maintain confidential employee records.

Qualifications
