Ethos in Mason City, IA is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR and office functions for all employees. You will administer corporate policies and develop local programs addressing employment relations, wage and salary administration, benefits, safety, training, and compliance.

The role requires 5 to 10 years of progressive HR leadership, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong knowledge of OSHA, Wage-Hour, ERISA, and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required.
• 5 to 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, Wage-Hour, ERISA, and related regulations.
• Must maintain confidentiality and manage multiple projects.
