LHH is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a growing, multi-site organization in Sacramento, CA. This hands-on HR partner will work closely with employees and leadership, handling a broad range of HR responsibilities.

Key focus areas include employee relations, LOAs, workers’ compensation, payroll oversight, benefits coordination, and compliance with employment laws. Travel to company sites may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of HR management experience, including multi-site HR operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on Employee Relations and investigation experience.
• Experience managing LOAs/FMLA and Workers’ Compensation.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments is highly desired.
• Ability to travel to company sites as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers.
• Manage Employee Relations, including workplace investigations, performance issues, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and separations.
• Manage LOAs, including FMLA, disability, and personal leaves.
• Support Workers’ Compensation, including reporting, claims resolution, and coordination with providers.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Partner with leadership on recruiting, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning.
• Support employee engagement and training initiatives.
• Provide oversight of payroll processes and partner on benefits administration.
• Support HR operations across multiple company locations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to HR Generalists.
