Qualifications

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience with strong employee relations experience.
• Experience conducting investigations and managing sensitive employee matters.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, OFLA, Paid Leave Oregon, ADA, and general employment compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees across multiple locations.
• Manage employee relations matters, intake, investigations, documentation, and resolution recommendations.
• Coach managers on performance management and corrective action.
