Job summary

Post Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager for its Eugene, Oregon facility. In this role, you will partner with plant leadership to drive people strategies that support business goals and foster a safe, inclusive, and high‑performing environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3–5 years of HR leadership experience, preferred in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, preferred experience with OR, WA and CA, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic recruiting plans to ensure the site attracts and hires top talent
• Partner with plant leadership to anticipate staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, proactively addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
• Support goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
• Coach leaders on performance‑related matters and employee development
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate impactful training programs
• Drive initiatives supporting career growth and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies
• Continuously enhance HR processes and policies
• Administer benefit programs and support compensation strategies
• Champion wellness initiatives that promote employee well‑being
• Maintain HR records and deliver data‑driven insights through reporting
