A multi-state cannabis operator in Michigan is seeking a Human Resources Manager to partner with leadership in developing HR strategies and practices. This role involves coaching the HR team and ensuring effective HR operations, including staffing, engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to driving performance in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Must operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Experience leading and managing an HR team.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with site leadership on HR functions including staffing needs and organizational design.
• Develop, recommend, and implement human resources policies and procedures.
• Manage, coach, and mentor the onsite HR team.
