Job summary

Develop and maintain compliance reporting, manage pay data, and supervise performance cycles. This role requires strong HR operations experience and leadership in a competitive manufacturing or professional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage HRIS, benefits, performance management, and learning platforms with data accuracy.
• Develop dashboards and reports on recruiting, turnover, compensation, and workforce trends.
• Ensure compliance reporting (EEO-1, Pay Data) and payroll changes.
• Oversee annual performance evaluations and probationary cycles.
